CMF WATCH PRO SUPPORT
Since turning on the always-on display (AOD) Watch Face will keep the screen on, it will affect the battery life. In order to improve the battery life, the AOD Watch Face's brightness is set to low brightness by default. Therefore, when the display switches to the AOD Watch Face, the backlight will switch, and the screen will appear to dim quickly.This is normal for all watches with the AOD feature. Please rest assured that your Watch Pro is functioning normally.
1. The speaker hole may be blocked by a foreign object. Check it and clean it out if necessary.
2. Adjust the volume on your phone to check.
3. Press the function button on the Watch Pro and go to Settings>>Sounds>>Volume to modify the volume settings.
4. To experience the latest firmware features, you can upgrade the firmware to the latest version in the CMF Watch app. To do this, open the CMF Watch app, go to the Device page, and click Device Upgrade.
5. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, press the button on Watch Pro to enter Settings--System Menu. Click Reset. Then, check again to see if the issue is resolved.

1. Make sure that your Watch Pro is connected to the CMF Watch app and to Bluetooth.
2. Check if the CMF Watch app has permission to run in the background and if it is always running in the background on your phone or other device. Some phones will clear applications, which can cause the app to be cleared and the Watch Pro to lose connection with the app. We recommend that you add the CMF Watch app to your app whitelist.
3. To use your Watch Pro, make sure that your mobile device is turned on. If your phone is turned off, your Watch Pro will not be able to use this feature.

Watch Pro does not support direct connection to Bluetooth headphones.
To control music, please connect your phone to Bluetooth headphones, then connect your watch to your phone. Make sure your watch and phone's Bluetooth are turned on, and the CMF Watch app is connected to your watch. Open the music app on your phone to start playing music, then open the music function on your watch to control music.
Watch Pro does not support NFC functionality.

The GPS function is activated when you enter an outdoor exercise mode (outdoor running, outdoor walking, or outdoor cycling). After entering an outdoor exercise mode, please wait for the GPS to locate before starting your workout.The watch's built-in GPS chip will accurately record your workout track. After completing your workout, you can view your workout track in the app.
1. Change on the Watch Pro:
To change watch faces on your Watch Pro, press and hold anywhere on the screen for 3 sec. This will open the watch face change selection interface. Swipe left or right and tap the desired watch face to select it.
2. Change in the CMF Watch app:
(1) In the My tab of the Watch Face marketplace, tap on a watch face to view its details. Tap Change Watch Face to change the watch face on your Watch Pro.
(2) In the Recommended tab of the Watch Face marketplace, tap on a watch face to view its details. Tap Download to download the watch face to your Watch Pro. Once the watch face is downloaded, it will be displayed on your Watch Pro.
Once you have paired your Watch Pro with the CMF Watch app, you can access the Watch Face marketplace in the app. In the My tab, select Customize Watch Face. Choose a background and style for your watch face, then download it. Your watch will now display the customized watch face.
